 This van is 3 ft shorter than the one below, 31 Ft with 3 slide outs, separate bedroom, bathroom and lounge/dinning room & kitchen. It is a lot lighter to tow and maneuver. It has 2 AC's, 32"TV, fireside heater, and 2 recliner chairs and a fold out couch bed as well as table and 4 chairs. I have recently had fitted Disk brakes to all 4 wheels that has made a great inprovement over the factory fitted electric brakes. Another addition is a 120W solar panel on the roof.

5th Wheeler has many extra's including Flat Screen TV's, DVD Recorder Player, CD tape deck and FM radio, Queen Memory Foam Mattress, External shade blinds, upgraded 12V charging system on dual heavy duty batteries and Hitch 3 point support. A new Water Pump has just been fitted.
